The irony is that all signals from the seeming outside world is a projection of my mind. What someone tells me I should do, is what I tell him to tell me. There can’t be any exception to that. Otherwise, there is no enlightenment, only eternal conflict. The idea that anything outside of me could raise or change my frequency is delusional. I am affected only by my thoughts.

I firmly believe that one (at least males) ought to come at least once a day, and make it a double (or even triple) feature whenever possible. It’s preferable to have a beautiful, horny partner to help you along, but just by yourself is fine too. It is so good for the mind, body, and spirit. If more people would make sexual activity a higher priority in life there would be less fighting and lower health care costs.
