Apparantly, the universe takes 2000 years to go through each sign of the Zodiac. So, you have to believe in Western Astrology for this to work. If you decide there is a new age, you are denying the universal and eternal elements of the universe, and this rigid demarcation of Ages interrupts the coherence and harmony of the universe.In the end, it all seems rather self-defeating. Let me help you out though. As you define it, New Age is the same thing as eco-hipsters, right? Ok but for people that want to call themselves 'New Age' and have an ounce of respect left, it means this: New Age is a state of mind which recognizes that we are insignificant. We don't need to stay insignificant, though. The only way to significance is realizing insignificance, that we need to try much, much harder.
